Resume
Frank Kamperman received his Ir. degree in Electrical Engineering in 1991 from
the Eindhoven University of Technology after
having graduated on a digital satellite receiver. He then started a
two-year postgraduate course "Information and Communication Techniques" at the
same university and received the R.T.D. degree in 1993. During the course he
developed a digital direct-sequence spread-spectrum modem for low bit-rate
communication.
During 1993-1994, he was with the
Physics and Electronics Laboratorium (FEL) of The Netherlands
Organization of Applied Scientific Research, (TNO), The Hague, working on photonics.
Since then he has been with Philips.
